This again is meant to be lyrics that no one will likely sing. Death of the party is a mixture of emotions. Some anger, some loneliness. It really hightens an introverted life style mixed with a jaded one. I’ve always been annoyed with the fact that we are forced to save our most authentic selves for small crowds. Sometimes I wanna be grumpy and annoyed in the party. (Like crying in the club). Expressing emotions as they come in any given space should be more widely accepted!
Anyway, in this writing I play with sadness, power, and a little of an infamous vibe. It’s a pretty short read.
Enjoy!

Death of the Party by me :) Written April 2025
I’m the death of the party
But you can’t relate
Never say sorry
But i guess it just fate
I can ignore you
When you’re kissing him
Wait for you to come back
Your shirt soaked in gin
Sit in the corner
Away from the scene
I don’t hate karma
But that bitch hates me
Where are you going with all this
Feminine rage
I think it’s about time
You act your age
You took my heart
I took your soul
The devil’s getting restless
And this shits getting old
I’m the death of the party
But you won’t believe
How many people looked for me
When I played hide and seek
You create your own problems
One of them being me
I really hope you can solve them
But this ain’t make-believe
